The Smyrna Chapel Community Hall and Taff Rocks are pleased to announce the new private rock painting sessions for you and your party of friends, relatives, colleagues etc becoming available for anyone to book from the 1st October 2022.
These private bookings can accommodate up to 20 painters
Included for your event are the following:
- All paints and paint pens
- Rocks (please bring a suitable carry home bag / basket)
- Tea, coffee and squash
- Assistance with set up if required
- Assistance with clearing away personal resources / buffet if required *
- Taff Rocks facilitator(s) to aid the creativity **
- Cleaning of the hall is included
- Two hour hire of hall (plus 30 free minutes either side to set up etc)
We can provide plastic beakers for children, glass tumblers and plates (not paper) or you can bring your own paper plates.
The person booking must ensure adequate supervision for any young children or persons under 16 that are attending. These would usually be the parents / carers / guardians.
Pricing structure:
- For up to 20 painters - £75.00
- For up to 15 painters - £60.00
- For up to 10 painters - £45.00
How it works:
- Even though the hall might be available, we must secure a volunteer for the session so please:
- Don't be discouraged if your booking is declined
- Rebook for an alternative day / date / time
- You use the online booking form that automatically blocks out dates and times that are unavailable
- Where reasonably possible, give one months notice
- You make the booking, this can be done online using this form
- Cancellations must be made no later than one week before date of event. This can be done via the link you received in your confirmation email
